Welcome to Stronghold Pay!
Watch the Stronghold Merchant Dashboard Introduction Video to get a dashboard overview.
Logging In
You can access the Stronghold Dashboard at dashboard.strongholdpay.com.
When you first log in, you'll see the Menu bar across the top.
Click on the links below to view more in-depth articles on each section.
- Merchant Name (ex Be Strong)
- Customers
- Transactions
- Reports
- Settlements
Viewing Live Data vs Sandbox Data
When you first log into the dashboard, you’ll be able to view live data (real transaction data) or sandbox data (test data).
To view live data, turn off the yellow Viewing sandbox data button on the top right.
