Adding Dashboard Users
If you are a user with Admin Permissions on the Stronghold Dashboard, you can add a user to your company’s Stronghold Dashboard by logging into your Dashboard Account > Select the Admin Tab > Click Add User.
If you don't see the Admin tab on the dashboard, that means you do not have Admin Permissions. You can request admin access by having an officer or beneficial owner of your company email firstname.lastname@example.org granting you permission as an admin to add additional users.
For multi-location merchants, admins are handled on a per location basis. In other words, you can have different admins for different locations and access will be limited to the location they are added to.
Switching Between Multiple Dashboards
If your company has multiple locations, you can toggle between each dashboard by clicking the merchant’s display name in the top left.
