How do I change, add, or deactivate a linked bank account?
Changing and Adding a New Bank Account
With Stronghold, you're able to add multiple bank accounts at once, and they'll be saved for the next time you order!
To add a new bank account, all you have to do is wait for the next time you're going to order from the merchant, and you'll be prompted to link an account upon checkout.
Some merchants will send a link to pay after you order, in which case you can link a new account when you recieve that payment link via text.
You should see a button that says
Link Bank Account,
Pay with Bank Account, or something similar.

Unlinking or Deactivating Your Bank Account
If you'd like to remove a bank account or unlink your bank account, you can do so the next time you order from the merchant.
Either during checkout, or afterward when you receive a link to pay, you'll see a list of the bank accounts you've already linked.
You can then click Remove next to the account you no longer want to have linked to your profile.
If you are not going to reorder and simply want the account deactivated, you can request for the merchant to deactivate your account, or email us at email@example.com with your Name, Phone, and Email and last 4 digits of the account.
