After April 27, 2019 at 9 a.m. New Zealand Standard Time, Stronghold will only support customers who are based in the following regions:
|Antigua and Barbuda||Isle of Man|
|Dominican Republic||South Africa|
|European Union||South Korea|
|Guernsey||United Arab Emirates|
|Hong Kong||United States|
|Iceland||Virgin Islands (British)|
Customers who live in the following U.S. states and territories should also withdraw tokens from their wallets before April 27, 2019:
|New Hampshire||New York|
|Northern Mariana Islands|
If you still have a balance in your account after May 6, you must contact Customer Happiness to gain access to your funds because your wallet will no longer be accessible.
After that date, customers in unsupported regions who have not transferred their balances to a different service will be charged a 1.5% daily service fee; this fee will be assessed based on your balance as of May 6th.
