Yes, you can unlink a bank account or change your linked account in the customer portal. Access the portal by using your mobile phone or email.

What information is provided to the merchant?
Your personal financial information is never shared with the business. Stronghold will provide the merchant with your full name, email address, and phone number (if required by the merchant) associated with your profile.
What are my transaction limits?
Purchases cannot exceed $999.99. Purchase limits on cannabis products are still in effect.
Can I cancel a payment?
Please contact your merchant if you wish to cancel an order. Once the order has been confirmed and picked up, your payment has been authorized and you cannot cancel the payment.
How does my money get refunded if I return an item?
In most instances, refunds will be credited by the merchant.
