Stronghold closed its retail trade service on April 11, 2019. While deposits from retail customers were disabled after this date, the login remained accessible for existing customers to check their account balances and organize withdrawals.
On August 31, 2020, Stronghold shut down the login portal and closed all remaining customer accounts. Stronghold contacted all customers with remaining balances to assist them with the retrieval of their funds. If you have not been contacted your account was closed with a zero balance.
Please note, Stronghold deducts an inactivity fee of USD10 per month (or equivalent) for accounts not used or accessed for more than 12 months, or 6 months in the case of an unverified account.
